Company Profile

Remembrance Press is a Christian publishing company with a heart for family relationships and the power of the written word. We have been providing resources designed to encourage Christian and family living since 1998. Our flagship publication, The Girlhood Home Companion, offers encouragement to mothers and daughters who have been called to a standard of godly womanhood.

Through God’s grace, Remembrance Press is becoming a humble leader in the Christian marketplace. We’re diligently working to develop additional products that will nourish and strengthen your walk with the Lord. Our current inventory includes a wide range of items for all ages, including print, audio, and ebooks, instructional CDs and DVDs, membership clubs, and our magazine.

As a family-run business, we stand behind the resources we present. This extends to our workshop schedule (online and on-site) and roster of speakers. We take joy in the opportunity to serve you, and it is our prayer that your family will draw closer to each other and to God through our ministry.

Family Bios

Jill Novak was raised in a creative home environment. She received a degree from the American Academy of Art in Chicago and worked as a graphic designer for David C. Cook Publishing Company. She and her husband Robert have been married 28 years and are the parents of five children. Together her family has founded Remembrance Press, publishers of The Pebbly Brook Farm Series: Character Building Stories for Boys and Girls, Becoming God’s Naturalist, The Gift of Family Writing, and The Girlhood Home Companion.

Jill’s Testimony

In 1998, the Lord began a dramatic transformation in our hearts through the birth and death of our fourth child, Nicholas, who was born with the genetic syndrome called Trisomy 13. God’s ways are not our ways and although we would not choose to go through this trial again, we praise God for the changes He has brought about in our family since the loss of Nicholas. We have been writing together now for over eight years, and have seen family relationships strengthened through recording our life stories as they happen. It is our hope that your family will be blessed through this ministry.

Claire Novak is an award-winning journalist whose career was launched with the founding of Remembrance Press. The creative director of The Girlhood Home Companion, she currently maintains an active freelancing career.

Eric Novak is a graphic and web designer, public speaker, and writer whose passion is using his creativity for God’s Glory. He is the founder of CrossEyedBlog.com.
